Role: Software Test Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 2 to 6 years
  • Expertise in both functional and system test methodologies in client-server, web and DB env.
  • Experience in writing Test cases based on the Product/Customer Requirements
  • Basic level of Knowledge in programming languages/scripting is plus
  • Experience with Test execution, test strategies, defect tracking using internal Tools and prioritization.
  • Good knowledge and experience in relational databases and SQL Server

Role: L1 Support Analyst

Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: In an approximate range of 2 to 4 years.
Qualifications: Any graduate
  • L1 Support Analyst to provide support and troubleshooting to client issues. Support provided via call, IM and emails.
  • Provide remote access support to customers.
  • Experience in application support.
  • Flexible for shifts.
  • Good understanding of operating systems: Windows and Linux

Role: Technical support Engineer
Years of Experience: In an approximate range of 2 to 6 years.

  • Candidate must have min 2-4 years of experience in Technical support using different support channels like Chat, Email, On Call, etc… (Preferably Technical Support Process – Healthcare).
  • Should have ability to look into logs, monitor services running and able to identify problem areas. Proper Training and documentation for the same will be provided before assigning to the actual work.
  • Diagnosing & resolving application issues
  • Candidate should have experience of working in Linux OS and in Cloud environments
  • Provides remote assistance for resolving app issues
  • Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good team player, flexible and entrepreneurial.
  • Quick learner and open to learn new things. This is one of unique kind of L1 and L2 support. All the training will be provided by experts but candidate should be enthusiastic and eager to learn new technologies
  • Flexible to work in night shifts.
  • Should be comfortable to work on US-based healthcare IT consulting and support
  • This role reports to senior managers and the candidate may be groomed up for a BA or Product manager role going forward wherein he will provide the requirements to developers. The person needs to coordinate between customer and developers and drive the problem resolution
  • Identify and Handle customer technical issues and recommend solutions and/or provide workarounds
  • Ability to identify/monitor server load/performance problems
  • Ability to grep the server logs and track the messages and exceptions
  • Sound knowledge of Linux and MySQL.
  • Java with Web Service knowledge is added advantage
  • Willing to work in US time zone. Typically the work starts in the afternoon and continues till 2 AM. In future it may extend to full night support.
  • Attend Client Testing sessions and support / help the client in any issues they have.
  • Understanding of Healthcare systems and domain knowledge is a big plus
